Join Horse Show Ventures

Joining HSV makes a rider and horse eligible for Year End Awards.  A great way for your rider and horses to shine in a competitive show series at the local level.  Psst and we have a great banquet and year end awards ;)

Rider memberships must be renewed annually.  The show season begins on December 1. Points accrue from the date of membership payment.  A junior's show age is their age on December 1st.
Horse memberships are lifetime memberships.

Beginner divisions - Rider only needs to be a member in good standing. (leadline through Novice Mini Hunter)
Hunter divisions - Rider and Horse need to be members in good standing.  Points follow the Horse.  If multiple riders show a horse, the points will follow the horse and only one year end award is issued.
Equitation divisions - Rider needs to be a member.  Points will follow the rider regardless of what horse is shown.  
Jumper divisions - Rider and Horse must be members in good standing. Points follow the Horse. If multiple riders show a horse, the points will follow the horse and only one year end award is issued.

Horse Show Ventures Members are eligible to be nominated to compete at the USHJA Affiliate National Championships.  As an Affiliate USHJA member, Horse Show Ventures may nominate up to three riders for each section to compete at the Affiliate Championships.  Applications come out in August of each year.
